BOXON Return and Exchange Policy

At BOXON, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below for full details:

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item to us.

  • BOXON will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.

  • Once we receive your item, exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Returns for Refunds:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on money-back returns.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include original tags.

  • If the item shows signs of wear, you will receive store credit instead of a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed minus a 5% processing fee.

Store Credit Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item.

  • Items must meet the same condition standards as for refunds (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during holiday sales are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • We cannot accept items with:

    • Animal or human hair.

    • Scents of smoke, cologne, or sweat stains.

    • Deodorant markings.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

For Returns

Email us at info@boxon.com with the following details:

  • Order number.

  • Name on the order.

  • Email used to place the order.

  • Reason for the return and a photo of the item.

Or fill out our online form.

For Exchanges

Visit our exchange portal at BOXON Exchange Portal to begin the process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If You Received the Wrong Item:

Contact us at info@boxon.com with:

  • Order number.

  • Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item within 7–10 business days.

If You Received a Damaged Item:

Email us at info@boxon.com with:

  • Order number.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect, along with the garment tag.

We’ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund, depending on your preference.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages:

If tracking hasn’t been updated for more than 7 days, contact us at info@boxon.com.

  • If the courier confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Packages Sent to the Wrong Address:

  • If the error was on our end, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • If the incorrect address was provided when placing your order, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Stolen Packages:

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered but later reported stolen. To avoid issues, please provide a secure delivery address and consult the delivery company for assistance with lost/stolen packages.
